| SPECIAL FEATURES
:
These machines are sturdy. rugged and proven across a wide variety
of working conditions. They have been designed to carry out the
multifarious jobs of cleaning and peening in faster time and
of a better quality than all other makes of teh machine. The
latest design of blast wheel is incorporated, in order, also
to keep the maintenance costs significantly low. The rubber conveyor
belt is rugged and given long life. Hence the maching is most
economical in operation.
Dust collector options are available i.e. Fabric, Cartridge type,
as per your choice, The machine is available with various additional
optional features like auto-mechanical loader, Program-logic
Control system, Time Control, Electronic Brake system for blast
wheel, sounPleaseer yoru choice. |

Automatically Wide Variety fo Work Pieces
Process Control & Systems has a range of Airless Shot Blasting Machine
Hanger Type with number of Blast Wheels varying according to
the job size for the wide variety of work pieces for large production
output in terms of surface treatment. The overhead conveyor carries
the job in & out
of the blast cabinet where numbers of blast wheel are located
depending upon the type of the job for attaining homogeneous
finish.
Major parts of the machine include blast wheel for giving high
production output, over head conveyor for job conveying & the media
recovery, consists of bucket elevator, screw conveyor, rotary screen separator
etc. & dust conllector. |

Brief Working :
The Job (s) is hanged on the hangers mounted on overhead conveyor or
provided inside the cabinet. Blast wheel stations are located strategically
on the Cabinet fires abrasives on the components. The components get shot
blasted and finished homogeneously all around. |

Process Control & Systems has a range of Airless Shot Blasting Machine Tunnel Type
with number of Blast Wheels varying according to the productionoutput required.
This is the most used after & the most flourishing series for the long
structural, channels, angles, plates, gratings, pipe etc. for large production
output in terms of surface treatment.
The opening of the tunnel & numbers of blast wheels,
depend upon the structure of the job for attaining homogeneous finish.
Major parts of the machine include blast wheel for giving high production output,
roller conveyor for job conveying & the media recovery, consist of bucket
elevator, screw conveyor, rotary screen separator etc. & pulse jet type
dust collector. |

| Process Control & Systems
Airless Shot Blasting Machine Tunnel Type has unearthed major applications
in cleaning the long structures like angles, channels, neams &
flat structures like plate, gratings etc. for getting the finish
SA 2.5. |

Brief Working :
The Blasting material is kept on the inward side of the roller conveyor.
The components passes through inward tunnel and enter into the
blasting chamber for blasting purpose. Blast wheel stations are
located strategically on the Cabinet fires abrasives on the components.
The components are shot blast finished homogeneously all around.The
blasted material moves forward and enter into outlet tunnel. A
blower constantly blow-off abrasive accumulated on the blasted
material. The air washed and duly shot blasted components come
out from the tunnel. |

Essential
Element :
1. Construction of Working Chamber : The heavy duty all welded
cabinet is manufactured out of prime quality heavy duty steel
plate and mounted on sturdy and rigid structural steel frame
work. Manganese steel liners are fitted in direct and indirect
blast zone of the cabinet (complete lining).
2. Blast Wheel Assembly : The rotor is made out of EN grade
material duly hardened. The drive system of blast wheel (rotor)
entails a set of self-lubricated and self-aligning pedestal bearings.
The rotor is dynamically balanced.
3. Abrasive Circulation System for continous and trouble free
operation.
4. Pulse Jet type Dust Collection System
: Dust Collector is
provided to suck the dust from blasting cabinet. The filter bags
of dust collector are made out of a non-woven PTEE pleated bags
for low dust emission level.
5. Roller Conveyor is provided at inlet and outlet of blasting
cabinet driven by suitable variable AC drive. |
